Your data for the MAKIA audit
This page describes how MAKIA Labs processes data collected via the AI maturity audit, in line with GDPR. It does not replace our general privacy notice.
Data collected
- First name (optional)
- Work email (required to receive the report)
- Company (optional)
- Team size (optional)
- Audit answers aggregated as scores per dimension (no free-text answers, no extra identifiers)
- Consent timestamp
Purpose
Send you your personalized report, share occasional useful analyses on AI for SMEs, and improve the relevance of our content. No resale, no third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You give it explicitly by ticking the box before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time, without justification.
Retention
Answers and contact details are kept for 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted. Email delivery is operated via Brevo (GDPR sub-processor, data hosted in the EU).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. To exercise these rights or withdraw consent, email hello@makialabs.com from the email you used. We respond within 30 days.

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply 'stop' to one of our messages, or write to hello@makialabs.com.
