THE METHOD

The MAKIA method

The name comes from the method, not the other way round.

MAKIA is not a marketing acronym. It's the name of the method I built from fifteen years of research in design thinking, innovation, and digital transformation, before the company even existed. It answers two different questions: should this AI tool be adopted, and how do you actually make it work. Here are the two parts.

PART 1 · THE FILTER

Before deploying anything, five questions.

M
Meaning

What real problem are we solving?

A
Actors

Who will use it, and who decides?

K
Knowledge

What data, what expertise?

I
Impact

How do we measure the value created?

A
Alignment

Does it fit your culture and GDPR?

This filter rules out 80% of AI-for-AI's-sake projects. We keep the 20% that actually create value. It's the tool behind the free MAKIA audit and the full adoption audit.

PART 2 · THE METHOD

Once the right idea is chosen, how to make it real.

A method grounded in design thinking, built to solve real problems by adopting AI, not to stack tools.

  1. 01
    Mind mapping

Map real usage and friction points before acting.

  2. 02
    Activate Creativity

Spark the first high-value use cases, without settling for the obvious ones.

  3. 03
    Kickoff prototyping

Prototype fast, on Lovable, Make, n8n, or a simple Project.

  4. 04
    Iterate with Intention

Learn from the field, adjust, measure, not iterate at random.

  5. 05
    Adopt system

Embed into practice, with an internal usage charter and long-term follow-up.

It's also the method behind AI on Monday Morning, our free workshop game to run this as a team.
